Welcome back to the series!
If you’ve been following along, you’ve already played with asking, “Who does this belong to?” and “What else is possible?”
Now, here’s another beautiful, simple tool that can shift your energy instantly—whether you’re facing a challenge or celebrating a win.
The Tool: "How does it get any better than this?"
Life can throw us googlies. Sometimes it’s heavy, messy, or overwhelming. And other times, things are going great—joyful, easy, even miraculous. No matter what’s happening, this tool invites you to keep expanding what’s possible by asking: "How does it get any better than this?"
When you ask it, you’re not looking for an answer—you’re simply opening the door for even greater possibilities to show up.
How It Works in Real Life
· Got stuck in traffic and made it late to a meeting? Pause, take a breath, and ask: “How does it get any better than this?”
· Received a surprise gift or compliment? Smile, and ask: “How does it get any better than this?”
· Having a tough day where nothing seems to go right? Instead of sinking deeper into frustration, ask: “How does it get any better than this?”
You’re inviting the universe to show you that even better is possible—even when you think you’ve hit a low or a high.
Why It Matters
This question keeps you from getting stuck in judgment (whether positive or negative) and opens up continuous flow. Instead of concluding, “This is as good (or bad) as it gets,” you’re saying: “I’m open. Surprise me.” It’s like sending out a gentle energetic invitation: “Hey Universe, I’m willing to receive more!”
Play With It this week, notice:
• When you feel good, ask: "How does it get any better than this?"
• When you feel stuck, ask: "How does it get any better than this?"
Ask it even if you feel silly. Ask it even if you’re not sure it’s “working.” The more you practice, the more natural it becomes—and the more possibilities sneak into your world.
I’d love to hear from you: What happens when you play with this question? Drop your experiences or surprises in the comments below
